Job Responsibilities:
∎ To lead the sales team to fulfill the weekly, monthly as well as yearly sales target of the Regional as set by the Management/Supervisor
∎ To be responsible to setup modern and effective Sales & Marketing strategy for development of existing sales volume
∎ To take all measures to create potential market as well as explore sales opportunities
∎ To ensure 100% Numeric and highest weighted distribution and display merchandising of all products including planogram display
∎ To ensue Chanel Picture of Succession (CPOS)
∎ To maintain Cooler purity through relationship with relevant Parties
∎ To achieve of 100% secondary sales in every month including daily product-wise sales 4% against target
∎ To take effective measures for implementation of Digisales, monitor Sales Chassis and inform concerned senior officials accordingly
∎ To prepare daily/weekly/monthly report and submit to the Authority on a regular basis
∎ To monitor Distributors' stock, ensuring timely payment from Distributors and receive claim adjustment
∎ To handle damage products as per company policy and taking effective measures to reduce damage
Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 3 years relevant experience.
∎ Should have personal Laptop.
∎ Should have valid motorcycle driving license.
∎ Ability to work under pressure.
Salary: Negotiable
