Educational Requirements:
∎ Post Graduate in any discipline, but Bachelor Degree in Botany or Agriculture will be preferred.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 7 to 10 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ As a leader of region, building up strong sales planning for all sales personnel and regularly monitor them so that they can meet daily and monthly sales target.
∎ Regular visit to distributor and retailer to maintain strong liaison.
∎ Monitor and supervise officer's sales orders, product supply & delivery regularly.
∎ To be accountable for assessments of new sales opportunities and target markets, update the information on competitor's strategy to enhance regional sales team's performance by applying new techniques to meet the targeted time frame.
∎ Observe market & plan dealer wise monthly and yearly sales to achieve continuous sales growth.
∎ Supervise promotional activities and ensure regular field visit to achieve organizational goals.
∎ To ensure upward & downward communication for smooth operation.
∎ Need to ensure regular market, customer and competitors' analysis and maintain proper reporting and documentation.
∎ Have ability to train sales people.
∎ Any other work assigned by the Management

Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 7-10 years experience in agro chemical product marketing and promotion.
∎ Skilled in customer/dealer management. Good interpersonal and liaison skills
∎ Good computer literacy, computer knowledge in MS Word, Excel, social media, mobile and app savvy is essential.
