∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline
∎ Graduation in any discipline.
∎ Education is considerable for experienced candidates.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 4 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Sales & Marketing
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Agro based firms (incl. Agro Processing/Seed/GM), Pharmaceuticals
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Achieving sales target by implementing strategic marketing plan.
∎ Supervising & guiding field forces to keep them disciplined & motivated.
∎ Monitoring the sales performance of the field forces daily & evaluating the achievements on monthly basis & submit monthly report.
∎ Monitoring competitor's activities.
∎ Ensure growth of sales, contract business.
∎ Visit doctors as well as customers regularly to monitor prescription share.
∎ Carry out any other responsibilities assigned by the management.
∎ Do sales planning & achieve sales target.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ 4-10 years of work experience in veterinary field.
∎ Strong Leadership capability.
∎ Good contact with Doctor's & Chemist.
∎ Responsible.
∎ Hard worker.
∎ Willing to work any territory of the company.
∎ Excellent communication skill both in Bangla & English.
∎ Dynamic, Hardworking in rural area & self-motivated with sound physical & mental health.
∎ Innovative & good planning capabilities is preferred.
Salary:
