Educational Requirements:
∎ [Essential] Bachelor degree in Information Technology or computer science or related field.
∎ [Desirable] Masters/Post graduation in Information Technology or computer science or related field.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 4 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Provide ICT technical support at the regional field level such as End User support, Network Support/ Administration, System Support/ Administration, Application and DB Support/ Administration, MIS Support/ Administration, Security Administration, Project management and IT Asset management as per National Office direction.
∎ Implement IT policies and guidelines to ensure the appropriate use of IT equipment and services in compliance with the World Vision International Standard.
∎ Provide IT technical support and training to the users in Regional Office, Area Programme Offices/Cluster Offices and Donor funded projects.
∎ Ensure the analysis of User Requirements with support of National IT team.
∎ Ensure IT capacity building by providing training to the Programme/Project staffs.
∎ Ensure overall Monitoring and Provide System related Intelligence, Forecasting about Users, Network, Risks and Facilities.
∎ Ensure regular Scheduled Maintenance of Servers, Network Equipment and Power Backups.
∎ Provide on demand Day-to-Day Support to the ADPs and remote Offices.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Have knowledge on basic IT systems, internal controls and procedures.
∎ Capabilities to apply World Vision's core values.
∎ Have high-level skills and experiences of computer hardware and software installation, configuration and maintenance.
∎ Technical proficiency in the following areas: Windows Server 2008, Active Directory, SCCM, VMware/Hyper-V, Windows Terminal Services, Other Microsoft Windows Operating Systems (Windows 2008 Server, Windows XP, and Windows 7), ITIL.
∎ Basic understanding of commonly used network protocols (TCP/IP, SMTP, SNMP, VPN, FTP etc.) as well as routing, switching and fire-walling.
∎ Knowledge of any of the following is a plus: CA Arc Serve/TSM, Microsoft IIS 7.0, Lotus Dominos Server, Symantec Anti-Virus Corporate Edition, Anti-Spam/Anti-Virus.
∎ Knowledge on Lotus Dominos and Lotus Notes is highly preferable.
∎ Knowledge on MIS/Application and DB administration, storage system and clustering.
∎ Demonstrated fluency in both written and spoken English.
∎ Have experiences in providing IT technical support, preferably with NGO context and environment.
∎ Any IT certifications such as MCSA/ MCP/ CCNA/ A+/ Network+.
∎ Should be able to travel and work in remote locations up to 50% of time.
∎ Ability to manage multiple projects/tasks of varying complexities, meet deadlines and work well under pressure.
∎ Ability to work independently on strategic issues with client, capable of managing fairly complex projects.
