• Conduct refraction tests and provide primary eye care services.

• Maintain accurate patient records (both hardcopy and software based) at the vision center.

• Provide treatment and prescribe corrective lenses as required.

• Support patients via tele communication systems where applicable.

• Refer patients to the base hospital when advanced care in needed.

• Operate and maintain modern eye care equipment efficiently.

• Ensure effective patient counseling and communication.

• Work collaboratively with the team to ensure smooth Vision Center operations.

• Participate in training, workshop, meeting and seminar organized by Dristidan Eye Hospital and its Partners organization.

• Uphold accuracy confidentiality and professionalism in all activities.
