Requirements:

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Review existing procedures to ensure they meet the current guidelines or policies.
∎ In combination with hospital authority, he/she leads in developing/designing hospital
∎ protocols/policies and guidelines.
∎ Ensure hospital safety, cleanliness, quality, and service satisfaction.
∎ Ensuring all processes meet safety, legal, and other national or international standards.
∎ As outlined in the SAT action plan, support is needed to organize training for hospital.
∎ staff and the management committee members on quality issues.
∎ Organize and attend any meeting to facilitate hospital protocol and guidelines.
∎ Working with people with disabilities, women, older people, and ethnic minority groups.
∎ Prepare and share updates on QSAT follow-up as required by the District Coordinator of Sightsavers.
∎ Maintain coordination with the District Coordinator of Sightsavers.
∎ Maintaining documentation of procedural changes.
∎ Develop reports, case studies, interesting news stories, videos, etc., relating to the project.
∎ Using local media, promote the visibility of Sightsaver's works & camp; Dristidan
∎ (interesting stories, events, etc.).
∎ Regularly update concerned program files.
∎ Accurately record relevant information along with necessary evidence.
∎ Provide concise and accurate feedback to Sightsaver's staff when being debriefed on the quality and success of the interviews.
∎ Support to prepare monthly/quarterly/annual/periodical/donor reports
∎ In addition to the above, the job holder performs all other jobs the line manager assigns.
∎ Place of Job: Dristidan Eye Hospital, Bagerhat.
∎ Duty schedule: As per organizational policy (Will be discussed later).

∎ Salary: 20,000/- BDT with two yearly festival bonuses per the organization's policy.
