Job Context:
∎ Dristidan Eye Hospital is a Non-Profit Voluntary organization, registered with NGOAB working in rural eye health care to decrease avoidable blindness among people since 2003. We are currently working with partners such as BRAC, Sight-savers, Fred Hollows, and many others with the vision of helping everyone to get their vision back and lead a regular lifestyle. We are currently operating in Bagerhat and nearby districts and providing free cataract operations for the people. We are seeking the following competent Doctors for our organization.
∎ Place of Job: Dristidan Eye Hospital, Bagerhat. Moreover, Medical Officers might have to travel to all Upazilla of Bagerhat and the nearest districts like Satkhira, Pirojpur, Gopalganj, Khulna, Madaripur, and Faridpur when eye camps are organized with our team.
∎ Duty schedule: As per organizational policy (Will be discussed later).

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Conduct patients' examination and treatment in the eye camp and Base hospital.
∎ Proficiency with modern eye care techniques and equipment.
∎ Perform Eye operations such as Cataract, Phaco, Pterygium, D.C.R, Laser, etc. (Only for Ophthalmic Surgeons)
∎ Perform pre-and post-operation checks.
∎ Strong communication skills.

Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 1-3 year working experience in Managing Eye Hospital OPD & Patients Screening Eye Program

Salary:
∎ Selected doctors will get an attractive Salary/Honorarium with Festival Bonus as per the organization`s policy (Will be discussed later).
