∎ * All position holders have to have an inclusive plan to achieve monthly ,quaterly and yearly basis.
∎ * Strictly follow ,Target which will be set by the managment for execution .
∎ * Have mentality to work as a team and follow the instruction of their supervisors .
∎ * Provide technica ,motivational and mental support to the dealers as well as farmers regarding
∎ their business ,
∎ * Always try to keep your commitment to your clients and managment .
∎ * Must ensure quality of service to the dealers as well as faemers .
∎ * Able to handle clients feedback and share with your supervisor to resolve the issues .
∎ * Receive to take additional tasks and responsibilites deemed necessry by the managment .
∎ * Report writing and computer skill is essential.
∎ * Always to be work with homesty ,sincerity and puncuality .
