The Office Receptionist is the first point of contact for visitors and callers, creating a professional and welcoming environment. They support office operations through front desk management, communication handling, and basic administrative tasks.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet visitors and manage front desk operations.

  • Answer phones, emails, and direct inquiries appropriately.

  • Schedule meetings and manage office calendars.

  • Handle mail, deliveries, and office supplies.

  • Support basic administrative duties (filing, scanning, data entry).

  • Ensure a clean, organized reception area.

  • Maintain visitor logs and follow office security protocols.
