Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Live on Facebook and social media accounts regularly.
∎ Make Facebook reels and short videos regularly.
∎ Provide audio voiceover to various product scripts.
∎ Proficiency in managing customers over phone calls, follow-ups, and texts is mandatory.
∎ Respond to incoming messages and phone inquiries.
∎ Determine to support or assist customers after sales.
∎ Understand the needs of business customers.
∎ Office Maintain with Discipline.
∎ Location: Dhaka (Moghbazar, New Eskaton Road)
∎ Live on Facebook and social media accounts regularly.
∎ Make Facebook reels and short videos regularly.
