Job Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming calls professionally and transfer them to the right department
- Greet and assist walk-in clients & visitors warmly with a friendly, helpful attitude
- Keep the reception area and customer lounge clean and welcoming
- Handle administrative tasks - emailing, booking confirmations, note-taking, and appointment scheduling
- Prepare daily client and booking reports for management
- Manage social media pages, reply to travel inquiries, and post promotional content
- Perform any other tasks assigned by the Management
