Responsibilities & Context:

• Handling Inbound and Outbound calls regarding customer queries and complaints, providing information and solution effectively and professionally to ensure proper customer satisfaction.

• Conduct outbound calls to potential customers and promote company services.

• Follow up with leads, answer inquiries, and convert prospects into customers.

• Maintain call records and prepare daily/weekly call reports.

• Coordinate with the sales team for appointments and lead handovers.

• Ability to handle stressful situations and remain calm under pressure.

• Strong organizational and time management skills.

• Good at meta-communication such as What’s App, Facebook, etc.

• Ensure monthly reporting as the department heads required.

• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.

Education Requirements:

• Higher Secondary / Equivalent

• Bachelor/Honors / Equivalent

Experience:

• At least 1 years
