Requirements:
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office Answer and screen incoming phone calls.
∎ Provide basic and accurate information in person and via phone/email Order front office supplies and keep an inventory of stock.
∎ Update calendars and schedule meetings.
∎ Keep updated records of office expenses and costs.
∎ Receive payment/Collect cash from the customer and input them into the register book. Provide reminders to the customer on their due payment.
∎ Perform other clerical receptionist duties.
