Answering Phone Call,
Welcoming Client & IELTS Students,
Capable to handle customer & Students queries/complains instantly,
Must be well mannered to maintain excellent communication with all customers & IELTS Students,
Data/Information entry in system of our clients,
Computer skills in MS Office (Word, Excel),
