Responsibilities & Context:
  1. Greet and assist customers visiting the RMA department in a professional manner

  2. Listen to customer issues carefully and explain the RMA process clearly

  3. Receive defective or warranty products and complete necessary documentation

  4. Create and manage RMA forms, issue RMA numbers, and maintain proper records

  5. Verify product warranty status and purchase information

  6. Coordinate with the technical and service teams for product diagnosis and resolution

  7. Follow up on repair, replacement, or return status and update customers regularly

  8. Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and in person

  9. Maintain daily RMA logs, data entry, and filing systems

  10. Ensure compliance with company service policies and RMA procedures

  11. Provide a positive customer service experience and maintain customer satisfaction
