Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Greet visitors, guests, and clients, and provide appropriate assistance.
∎ Answer and manage incoming calls, emails, and inquiries professionally.
∎ Manage office documentation, mail, and scheduling tasks.
∎ Assist in day-to-day office operations and administrative tasks.
∎ Handle files, documents, and office supplies efficiently.
∎ Support inventory management and run errands as required.
∎ Minimum HSC or equivalent education.
∎ Proficiency in computer operations (MS Office, email, internet).
∎ Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
∎ Energetic, responsible, and physically fit.
∎ Prior experience in a similar role will be an advantage.
