Requirements 

• Proven experience as a Web Developer with a strong portfolio demonstrating React-based projects. 
• Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience developing applications with React.js. 
• Deep understanding of React.js core principles (components, hooks, state management, lifecycle, etc.). 
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+) and modern development tools. 
• Expertise with Tailwind CSS for efficient, scalable UI development. 
• Excellent understanding of HTML5, CSS3, and modern web standards. 
• Experience with Git and collaborative version control workflows. 
• Strong problem-solving, debugging, and analytical skills. 
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team. 
• Fluent in English (written and verbal) for effective communication and documentation. 
• Experience working with Laravel-based APIs (consuming RESTful or JSON APIs built in Laravel). 

 Desirable 

• Experience with state management libraries (e.g., Redux). 
• Familiarity with testing frameworks (e.g., Jest, React Testing Library). 
• Knowledge of other front-end frameworks or libraries. 
• Experience with build tools like Webpack or Vite. 
• Understanding of SEO principles and accessibility best practices. 

About the Role: We’re looking for a skilled and passionate React Developer to join our growing team in Chattogram (Agrabad). In this role, you’ll be responsible for building and maintaining high-quality, user-centric web applications using modern front-end technologies with a strong focus on integrating and consuming backend APIs (including Laravel-based APIs). If you have strong technical expertise, a keen eye for detail, and a love for clean, efficient code, we’d love to hear from you! 

Working Hours: 1:00 PM to 10:00 PM (Monday to Friday) 

Key Responsibilities 

• Develop and maintain responsive, high-performance web applications using React.js. 
• Write clean, modular, and well-documented JavaScript code. 
• Build and implement user interfaces with Tailwind CSS, ensuring design accuracy and cross-browser compatibility. 
• Collaborate with UI/UX designers, back-end developers, and other stakeholders to translate design mock-ups and wireframes into functional web applications. 
• Optimise applications for speed, scalability, and user experience. 
• Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality, maintainability, and adherence to best practices. 
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve cross-browser and device-specific issues. 
• Stay up to date with emerging front-end technologies and best practices to ensure our applications remain cutting-edge.
