Job Description

Location: In-Office (Chattogram, Agrabad)

Working Hours: 9 am - 5 pm, UK Time

We're looking for a talented and passionate React Developer to join our growing team in Chattogram. You'll be instrumental in building and maintaining our user-facing applications, working with modern front-end technologies to create engaging and intuitive web experiences. Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain responsive and high-performance web applications using React.js.

• Write clean, modular, and well-documented JavaScript code.

• Implement user interfaces and experiences with Tailwind CSS, ensuring design fidelity and cross-browser compatibility.

• Collaborate closely with UI/UX designers, back-end developers, and other stakeholders to translate design mockups and wireframes into functional web applications.

• Optimise applications for maximum speed and scalability.

• Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality and adherence to best practices.

• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve issues across various browsers and devices.

• Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure our applications remain cutting-edge.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Web Developer with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.

• 1-2 years of hands-on experience developing applications with React.js.

• Solid proficiency in React.js and its core principles (components, state management, hooks, etc.).

• Expert-level knowledge of JavaScript, including ES6+ features.

• Extensive experience with Tailwind CSS for rapid and consistent UI development.

• Strong understanding of HTML5, CSS3, and modern web standards.

• Familiarity with version control systems, particularly Git.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.

• Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Proficient in English, both written and verbal, for effective collaboration and documentation.

Bonus Points

• Experience with state management libraries like Redux or Zustand.

• Familiarity with testing frameworks (e.g., Jest, React Testing Library).

• Knowledge of other front-end frameworks or libraries.

• Experience with build tools like Webpack or Vite.

• Understanding of SEO principles and accessibility best practices.

• Familiarity with Content Management Systems (CMS) such as WordPress, headless CMS platforms (e.g., Contentful, Strapi), or similar.
