Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Proven experience in research and development roles within the bakery or food industry, with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.
∎ Deep knowledge of bakery product development.
∎ Creative, innovative mindset for product innovation.
∎ Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
∎ Excellent project management abilities.
∎ Effective communication and collaboration.
∎ Proficiency in relevant computer applications.
∎ The applicant must have work experience of more than 5 years in any reputed Company.
∎ Strong interpersonal skills, ability to communicate and manage well at all levels of the organization
∎ Job Responsibilities:
∎ 1.      Conduct R&D for new bakery products aligned with market demand.
∎ 2.      Collaborate with cross-functional teams for product development.
∎ 3.      Design experiments to assess product quality and taste.
∎ 4.      Source and evaluate raw materials for compliance and quality.
∎ 5.      Optimize recipes and processes for desired product attributes.
∎ 6.      Validate product prototypes through trials and production runs.
∎ 7.      Analyze market trends and competitors for informed strategies.
∎ 8.      Maintain accurate records and communicate findings to stakeholders.
∎ 9.      Stay updated on industry trends and regulatory requirements.
∎ Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor's degree in food science or a related field.
∎ Experience Requirements:
