∎ Must have extensive knowledge on fiber to fabric.

∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):

Job Responsibilities:
∎ He will be working for innovation and newness of fabric development.
∎ Receiving protocol sample from Merchandising, study product category and developing knitting, dyeing and finishing accordingly.
∎ Creating library and archiving fabric technical data sheet including all parameter of fiber, knitting, finishing along with fabric swatch against all development.
∎ Develop pre-bulk sample before any bulk production and locking all technical parameter of Knitting, dyeing and finishing under his direct supervision.
∎ Giving immediate solutions if there are any quality issues at the time of bulk production of knitting, dyeing and finishing.
∎ He will intensively work with Lab team/head of lab for "lab to bulk process". He is to lock "lab to bulk" recipe.
∎ Creating library and archiving all developed recipes.
∎ He will help all decision making at the time of fabric booking meeting.
∎ He will work with head of lab for dyeing recipe development, dyes staff selection and dyes staff changes.
∎ Provide inputs for preparing QC plan for ensuring the quality products.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Knowledge on QC and Lab process
∎ Knowledge on fabric production process.
∎ Knowledge on ERP/or software in use.
∎ Up-to-date knowledge on QC/Lab related equipment.
Salary:
∎ Negotiable
