Job Responsibilities:
∎ Communicate research topic from Management to the team R&D.
∎ Coordinate to create and maintain research database to meet Management and Organization requirement.
∎ Identify new topics and place before Management.
∎ Follow up R&D team for regular upgradation and on time delivery.
∎ Maintain close liaison with internal stakeholders to identify the subject with constrains and communicate to Team R&D as well as Management.
∎ Monitor the R&D Unit and prescribe the right tools & techniques as per organizational facility Management.
∎ Maintain daily communication with R&D and place their update to Management table.
∎ Help R&D team to conduct SWOT analysis for every research topic and overcome the drawbacks.
∎ Update Management on recent innovation/transformation of technology, business or economy.
∎ Coordinate to facilitate team R&D for optimization.
∎ Identify potential business in both locally and globally.
∎ Help Team R&D to plan, execute and closing the research.
∎ Help Team R&D for report generation.
∎ Provide Management feedback/review to the R&D Unit and ensure the implementation accordingly.
