Additional Requirements:
- Age 22 to 32 years
Good knowledge of different agricultural issues related to crop care.
Knowledge of product trial, demonstration, replication, etc.
Good understanding of the basic planning and organizing process of activities.
Responsibilities & Context:
To conduct a field trial of different products on a farmer's field, Trial field at DAD, Govt. Research Organizations & Agricultural Universities to pick the best crop-pest solution for the farmers.
To conduct the field demonstration of new products on farmers’ fields to suggest the right dose, application time, and application method to the Marketing team.
To test the bio-efficacy of new products/ Pipeline products and suggest to the Marketing team to find out the future potential molecules.
To develop Trial SOP & Trial protocol, experimental design, and field layout for implementing the field trial.
To facilitate all types of Demonstrations, generate a demo report, communicate the feedback to the management, and ensure the required corrective measures.
To develop training materials in close coordination with the supervisor and provide training to support research staff.
To develop coordination and collaboration with local research institute & Agricultural Universities, and DAE as and when required.
To facilitate timely research activities and provide guidance when necessary
To facilitate the timely arrangement of field-based research activity and monitoring & evaluation of research work.
To prepare a quarterly, semester, or yearly budget for trial activities.
To collect data of research field, data compilation and analysis for R & D purpose.
To prepare a research report and submit to the respective R & D department in a timely manner
To maintain strong relationships with the Research Institute, like RDA, BARI, BRRI, SRC, MRI, WMRI, DAE etc.
To perform any other job assigned by the superior.
