Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 25 years
∎ *3 years of relevant experiences in accounting service preferable.
∎ *2-3 years of experience in BPO Operations (Customer service, data entry & processing and other relevant areas under the BPO atmosphere) will have high possibility to be short-listed.
∎ *Experienced in advanced level Microsoft Excel, Wave/ QuickBooks/ Sage50 / Simply Accounting.
∎ *Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
∎ *Proficient English communication skills, Interpersonal skills, ability to work in a team
∎ *Energetic and ability to work under pressure to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.

∎ *Excel skill is mandatory

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ *Sorting, posting and allocating financial records in QB/SAGE/WAVE
∎ *Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records and documentation.
∎ *Efficient and pro-active real time client communication in English.
∎ *Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
∎ *Assist with filing, data entry and record-keeping.
