Folding, Inspection, Quality
Job Responsibilities:
∎ 01. Follow up fabrics as per priority basis regarding shipment and processing program.
∎ 02. Responsible for taking over inspected "Ready Fabrics" from Quality section.
∎ 03. Responsible for smooth delivery of fabrics as per daily/previously discussion with Head of Operation and Head of Stitching units on the priority basis shipment.
∎ 04. Responsible for submitting different kinds of reports regarding above mentioned tasks to the Executive Director - Operation, Sales & Marketing.
∎ 05. Responsible for submitting reports regarding different version & design wise Dyeing & Printing fabrics.
∎ 06. Follow up the fabrics receiving from processing section regarding short of every design after discussing with Processing Head.
∎ 07. Develop the new process and technique for fast delivery process of "Ready Fabrics".
∎ 08. Responsible for collecting details report regarding RFD/RFP fabrics (batcher wise) from Manager/ Sr. Manager - Inspection & Quality/ Folding- Operation department and also collect the next process report everyday about dyeing, printing, finishing, inspection & delivery.
∎ 09. Responsible for proper job distribution regarding fabrics quality inspection. Monitor that the fabric inspection is going on in a systematic way.
∎ 10. To make necessary action for any production fault of the fabric.
∎ 11. Giving direction for the betterment of different departments like lab, batch, dyeing, finishing job etc.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 43 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Strong Leadership & Good Communication skill.
∎ Must have Managerial experience in Folding & Inspection department.
∎ Should have good knowledge in Quality inspection.
