• Must have the ability to supervise and inspire team members.
• Strong technical knowledge in quality system.
• Able to work under pressure and complete the task within a preset time frame.
• Good inter-personal & communication skills.

• Oversee the quality assurance process for Knit, Woven, and categories to ensure top-end product quality and on-time delivery.
• Conduct pre-production (PP) meetings with production, merchandising, and quality teams at factories.
• Visit factories regularly to monitor current production, quality standards, and compliance practices.
• Ensure strict adherence to buyer technical requirements and compliance protocols.
• Lead QA teams to identify, analyze, and resolve quality issues proactively.
• Review samples, inline and final inspections, ensuring AQL standards are consistently met.
• Coordinate closely with customer technical teams and manufacturers for approvals and corrective actions.
• Train and mentor QA staff, promoting continuous improvement and operational efficiency.
• Maintain excellent communication with internal and external stakeholders to achieve desired quality outcomes.
