∎ Age 24 to 40 years
∎ Minimum Educational Qualification: Diploma/ B.sc in Textile Engineering.
∎ Experience: 08-10 years in a relevant field.
∎ The Quality in-charge should have expertise in Narrow Fabric products crochet elastic, Jacquard Elastic, Woven Elastic, Woven Belt, Twill Tape, Ribbon Tape, Drawstring, Drawstring end tipping etc.
∎ Must have good knowledge of the Narrow Fabric Quality process and production process.
∎ Must have good knowledge of Narrow Fabric materials Like- Polyester Yarn, Span Polyester Yarn, Cotton Yarn, Rubber, Spandex Rubber, Tipping Film, Plastic Bullet Tips, Metal Tips, Bullet Tips, Silicon Tipping, Wrapping, etc.
∎ Must have good knowledge of Narrow Fabric all product Quality Requirements and Restrictions, Defect knowledge, required Physical and Chemical test knowledge, Quality-checking process etc.
∎ Must have good knowledge of quality documents and quality inspection reports.
∎ Must have good knowledge of Narrow Fabric and all product defects.
∎ Organization and ability to facilitate multi-tasking in a fast-paced work environment.
∎ Strong negotiation skills Professional demeanor and proactive approach.9. Ability to interface with all levels within the organization.
∎ Excellent written and oral communication skills.
∎ Ability to lead and handle a big team of quality inspectors, quality controllers and quality supervisors.
∎ Must have a good command of quality acceptance criteria and convince the production manager about the importance of product quality.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Develop and implement quality control procedures for belts, twill tapes, and elastics, ensuring adherence to company standards and customer specifications.
∎ Conduct thorough inspections of raw materials, semi-finished goods, and finished products to identify and address any quality issues.
∎ Maintain detailed quality control documentation, including inspection reports, corrective action reports, and data analysis.
∎ Work collaboratively with production staff to identify and rectify quality problems promptly.
∎ Analyze quality control data to identify trends and implement corrective actions to improve overall quality.
∎ Stay updated on industry standards and best practices for quality control in the accessories industry.
∎ Conduct training sessions for production staff on quality control procedures.
∎ Prepare and maintain quality control records and reports.
∎ Liaise with customers to address any quality concerns.
∎ Ensure adherence to all safety regulations and procedures within the quality control department.
∎ As the Quality In-Charge of the Accessories Division, specializing in Belt, Twill Tape, and Elastic products, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of quality throughout the production process. Your role is critical in maintaining product integrity, meeting customer expectations, and enhancing overall operational efficiency within the accessories manufacturing division.
∎ Responsibilities:
