1. Production & Quality Monitoring

• Monitor production activities (cutting, sewing, finishing, packing) to ensure compliance with buyer quality standards

• Ensure correct implementation of approved samples (PP, Fit, Size Set, etc.) in production

• Conduct regular in-line and end-line inspections

2. Pre-Production & Process Control

• Attend and support Pre-Production Meetings (PPM)

• Ensure all production requirements are clearly understood by the factory team

• Verify availability of approved samples, trims, fabrics, and technical documents before production starts

3. In-Line Inspection & Defect Control

• Perform in-line inspections to identify defects at an early stage

• Work closely with production teams to correct issues immediately

• Ensure defect rate is minimized and controlled within acceptable limits

4. Final Inspection & Shipment Readiness

• Conduct final inspections as per AQL standards

• Ensure products meet buyer specifications before shipment

• Coordinate with QA team for approval and shipment clearance

5. Production Follow-Up

• Monitor daily production output and quality performance

• Identify bottlenecks and communicate with production teams for corrective action

• Ensure production is aligned with Time & Action (TNA) plan

6. Reporting & Documentation

• Prepare and submit daily/weekly QC reports

• Maintain inspection records and quality data

• Report any major quality risks to management on time

7. Coordination & Communication

• Coordinate with Merchandising, Production, and QA teams

• Support smooth communication between factory and buying office

• Ensure quick resolution of quality-related issues
