Education:
∎ Diploma in Textile Engineering, Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Textile Technology, Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Textile Technology
∎ Graduation, Diploma, or equivalent.
∎ A diploma or certificate in Apparel/ Textile Technology will be an added advantage.

∎ Minimum 3 to 6 years of experience as a Quality Checker in a reputed apparel manufacturing company.
∎ Strong knowledge of garment construction, inspection processes, and quality standards.
∎ Familiarity with various types of garments (woven/knit/denim/outerwear) is a plus.
∎ Ability to work independently with strong attention to detail.
∎ Good communication and interpersonal skills.
∎ Basic knowledge of MS Excel and report writing is desirable.
∎ Qualifications & Skills:
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Perform inline, mid-line, and final inspections on garments to ensure quality standards are met.
∎ Inspect fabric, accessories, and trims to verify compliance with required specifications.
∎ Identify and document defects related to stitching, fitting, measurements, prints, embroidery, and finishing.
∎ Ensure compliance with buyer quality standards and internal SOPs.
∎ Collaborate with production, merchandising, and quality teams to resolve quality issues.
∎ Monitor quality performance and prepare detailed inspection reports.
∎ Conduct random audits and maintain a record of all findings and corrective actions taken.
∎ Provide feedback to the production team on recurring defects to reduce rework and improve first-pass yield.
∎ Ensure compliance with safety and hygiene standards in the production area.
∎ Qualifications & Skills:

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in garment quality inspection with in-depth knowledge of fabric, trims, stitching, measurements, and finishing. This role is crucial in ensuring that all products meet company and client standards before shipment.
