Responsibilities & Context:

·       Must have vast knowledge in all types of garments: Sweater, woven and t-shirt.

·       Coordinate with production, Merchandising, Dyeing, Finishing & other related departments.

·       To assure the quality as per buyer’s requirements.

·       Reduce defects and make an action plan by analyzing the problems. Solve the quality issues and establish a Zero-defect culture in the factory.

·       Excellent knowledge in solving critical issues explaining technical points of various quality-related day-to-day problems occurs while sampling or bulk production.

·       Review product performance specs & test procedures of all kinds of samples for raw material and finished products.

·       Identify causes and actionable steps to improve product and reduce returns.

·       Required to participate in pre-production meetings. Carry out in-line and final inspection according to the company’s quality control requirements and prepare inspection report within the designated timeline.

·       Ensure all QA staff are trained in any new procedure/requirement as advised by the customers.

·       Must have good knowledge about compliance issues as well as responsible for all kinds of technical audit.
