• Age 26 to 35 years

·       The applicants must have sound knowledge in certification process (GOTS, OCS, GRS, RWS, etc)·       Good command in English for both written and oral communication is must. Understanding any other language will be an additional advantage.·       Autonomy & thoroughness.·       Analytical & good communication skills.·       Good team-work spirit and customer service consciousness.Willing to learn.

The sustainable fiber traceability officer will oversee Bangladesh, India, Pakistan, China and Turkiye suppliers/factories/orders for following missions: 

·       Ensure our Scope Certificates database is up to date.

·       Analyze and ensure sustainable products are correctly identified in dedicated tools.

·       Monitor and facilitate the collect of Transaction Certificates (TC) with  our suppliers.

·       Calculate and lead weekly our Random Certificates Control Plan.

·       Check the conformity of the Transaction Certificates.

·       Analyze products that are eligible for Refashion bonuses/maluses.

·       Check and Ensure documents compliance for products eligible for Refashion bonuses.

·       Identify the products declared to Refashion in our tool.

·       Validate BCI transactions when needed.

·       Conduct gap analysis on BCI transaction level and support suppliers.

·       Declare product needing trademark authorizations.

·       Support suppliers in certificate issuance process if needed.

·       Visit factory to monitor the eco-designed product traceability & scope certification documentation process, if required.

·       Support our suppliers in certification or membership processes (in line with brand needs).

·       Collaborate or coordinate with certificate bodies for smooth operation if needed.

·       Conduct gap analysis on TC and scope certification process

·       Conduct risk analysis and arrange training program internal / external
