∎ If experienced, Diploma in Textile Engineering or equivalent educational background can be considered.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ To overall follow up the yarn quality after reviewing with Buyer STD.
∎ To ensure the quality through reviewing the approval to bulk.
∎ Identify the problems, analyses the root cause and share with production people fix rectification.
∎ Give technical decision to solve critical control point causes and any fail reports and improving quality further when required.
∎ Responsible for recycling material handling at factory.
∎ Responsible to guide the critical control point checking person.
∎ Responsible to follow up the Buyer requirement the existing product quality.
∎ Responsible to fulfill demand as per maintaining the existing product quality.
∎ To follow the party who have been working there.
∎ Collecting QC batch reports and responsible to inform of any issues to superior of quality problems.
∎ To control the under controls manpower and training them regarding existing quality.
∎ To follow and coordination with Shade faults to minimize short quantity of prod. Dept.
∎ QMS as any findings will have not been track out during material team/QC visit.
∎ For QMS each month responsible to prepare daily the data, analyses, root causes and take corrective action.
∎ All types of claimed material will be followed according to quality management plan.
