Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensuring the raw accessories are in good quality before inputting into the production lines.
∎ Ensuring a reasonable amount of garments are being cut for measurement checking before bulk cutting.
∎ Quality inspector will follow all procedures of Just Like Hero's inspection requirements at garment factories.
∎ Ensuring measurements of garments are within Just Like Hero's tolarence at the in-line production.
∎ Ensuring the factory staffs at the finishing follow Just Like Hero's 5-point measurement chart correctly.
∎ Quality inspector will follow JLH inspection SOP, all the rules & regulation.
∎ Quality inspector needs to record defects on the JLH inspection report template during the AQL inspections; photo or sample evidence must be collected if necessary based on JLH's quality standard.
∎ Reports need to be submitted to the head office on the day of inspection.
∎ Quality inspector will make sure that all documents & files are present before starting the inspection.
∎ Quality inspector must be detail oriented and organized to keep documents like packing list, AQL reports in place.
∎ This job position will be directly responsible for the quality of final shipments to destinations.
∎ Quality inspector needs to host a meeting with his/her team members after every PO's AQL inspection.
∎ Quality inspector needs to host a meeting with managers in the garment factory after every PO's AQL inspection.
∎ Must attend P.P. meeting with team members and managers of garment factories.
∎ Responsible for continuous customer satisfaction and for contribution to increase the company's brand image.
∎ Supervise JLH In-Line QCs to discover issues in the production lines and take proper action to solve problems during productions.

∎ Age 35 to 40 years
