Experience:

• Work Experience: At least 8–10 years of QA/QC management experience on large-scale infrastructure projects. Preference will be given to candidates with experience in water treatment plant projects and international large-scale EPC projects.

• Attention to Detail: Strong ability to identify defects, ensure the quality of repairs and installations, and maintain compliance with applicable standards.

• Project Documentation: Skilled in maintaining accurate records, including inspection reports, NCRs, and testing logs, ensuring full traceability of repairs.

• Leadership and Training: Capable of mentoring QC assistants and ensuring compliance with quality control and safety standards.

• Coordination Skills: Able to independently manage and coordinate QA/QC teams, effectively collaborate with client representatives, project management, functional departments, and subcontractors, with strong cross-cultural communication and teamwork skills.

• Problem-Solving: Ability to quickly identify and resolve on-site issues, and make project-beneficial decisions during inspections and installations.

• Safety Awareness: Familiar with HSE requirements and regulations to ensure safe and stable project execution.

• Adaptability: Flexible and quick to adapt to new tools and changing project requirements.Reporting: Report to the Project Chief Engineer and the Head of the QHSE Department, and assist client representatives in inspections and quality audits.

• Supervise the implementation of the existing quality management system, and carry out necessary updates and maintenance on a regular basis. Review the execution of internal project quality procedures, work instructions, and related documents.

• Supervise and inspect quality control of construction activities to ensure that the construction process complies with design specifications, standards, and contractual requirements. Coordinate the quality control work of subcontractors from various disciplines to ensure construction quality is traceable and controllable.

• Organize and supervise the inspection, examination, and testing of materials, components, and processes. Review and approve inspection and testing records of critical processes (such as welding, concrete pouring, waterproofing works, etc.).

• Identify quality issues during construction in a timely manner, analyze root causes, and propose corrective and preventive measures. Follow up on the implementation of rectification actions to ensure problems are thoroughly resolved.

• Manage QA/QC-related documentation, including inspection records, test reports, and quality statements. Submit regular quality reports to project management, covering quality indicators, problem statistics, and improvement recommendations.

• Organize and participate in internal quality audits and external audits (by clients, supervision units, third parties, etc.). Ensure the project complies with relevant standards and the quality requirements of client contracts.

• Conduct quality awareness training for project teams and subcontractors, promote best construction practices, and guide QC engineers, inspectors, and related personnel in daily quality inspection work.

• Participate in design changes and construction scheme reviews, providing input from a quality perspective. Assess and control risks that may affect construction quality.
