Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Procuring materials for the entire group.
∎ Co-ordination with user receiving purchase requisition & analysis those needs accordingly.
∎ Prepare purchase order as per requirement & follow-up with the supplier for on time delivery.
∎ Prepare bills & Submit to audit & accounts department for on time payment.
∎ Regular visit to the market to find new vendors & to get actual price of the materials.
