Job Responsibilities:
∎ Verify daily needs and prioritize order based on urgency and importance.
∎ Verify the market price on a regular basis and order required and approved goods to supplier offering the best price with acceptable quality.
∎ Collect new suppliers of our demanded items.
∎ Maintain bills and requisition as asked by the management.
∎ Prepare reports on cash and credit purchase.
∎ Prepare reports on supplier wise paid and unpaid amount.
∎ Keep records of maintenance expense of company owned transportation.
∎ Perform other administrative tasks as needed to assist the management .

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 30 years
