Educational Requirements:
∎ The candidate should have Engineering background or Masters in any discipline.
∎ Mechanical Engineering or Supply Chain Management background will get preference.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible to source, negotiate and purchase mechanical or any items from local vendors.
∎ Develop purchasing or sourcing strategies based on portfolio analyses and supplier preferencing study.
∎ Liaise with suppliers on delivery schedule so as to ensure on-time deliveries of final product.
∎ Have knowledge on material standards, standard testing procedures.
∎ Perform regular performance review with suppliers to drive continuous improvements.
∎ Ensure commercial, legal and contractual compliances in all the procurement transactions.
∎ Train team on effective procurement processes and strategy.
∎ Coordinate with vendor on continuous quality improvement.
∎ Researching and evaluating prospective suppliers.
∎ Preparing budgets, cost analyses, and report
∎ SMART/Advance Buy Concept Plans Development.
∎ Regularity Procurement Efficiency & Documentations.
∎ Maintain proper coordination with the Costing team to purchase raw materials at the best price throughout the year.
∎ Reviewing, comparing, analyzing, and approving products and services to be purchased.
∎ Maintaining and updating supplier information such as qualifications, delivery times, product ranges, etc.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Product sourcing, Suppliers and Vendor Management, Supply Chain operations.
∎ Knowledge on relevant areas Procurement & supply chain management.
∎ Experience with integrated ERP business systems
∎ Extensive negotiation skills
∎ Energetic and enthusiastic
