Job Responsibilities:
∎ Upon management approval, collect purchase requisition from different branches and projects of CSS Health sector and procure goods or services accordingly.
∎ To ensure systematic purchasing process, money can only be received from accounts department after the approval of its requisition. Later submit the bills after procurement and adjust the accounts.
∎ Coordinate with central purchase team and procure goods or services in accordance with Purchase manual of CSS.
∎ Collect different quotations and prepare a comparative statement report.
∎ Follow-up the orders of goods given to the vendors and ensure procurement within the specific time limit.
∎ Ensure quantity, quality, grade, size and standard in accordance with the order.
∎ Take part in health camps and participate in the promotional activities of the hospital to create community awareness and draw more patients to the hospital.
∎ Keep in touch with the journalists and correspondents, and ensure the preparation and delivery of press release to the media after an event.
∎ Organize periodical meeting of purchase committee and prepare its resolution.
∎ In addition to the above mentioned job duties, some other responsibilities may have to be carried out if assigned by the supervisor.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ The candidate should have minimum 2 years working experience on purchasing, Publicity and Organizing medical camps.
∎ The candidate should be expert on MS Office.
∎ The candidate should have experience on arranging Medical Camp, advertising of hospital for increasing patients.
∎ The candidate must have to drive Motorcycle with valid driving license.
∎ The Candidates who have own Motorcycle will get preference.
∎ Age will be relaxed for experienced candidates.
∎ The candidate should be hard worker, honest and non-smoker.
Salary: Tk. 14000 - 16000 (Monthly)
Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ After being permanent upon successful completion of Probation period, the employee will be entitled for the benefits according to the service rules of organization including provident fund, gratuity, festival bonus, yearly increment, kormi Bima, Kormi Sohayota Tohobil etc.
