Experience:
Master's degree in clinical psychology/ counselling psychology/ psychology with relevant professional training.
Knowledge & Skills:
Clear Understanding on PSS, MHPSS, PM+.
Knowledge on Humanitarian Response.
Good conceptual and practical skill to write reports, project concept paper and design documents of the project.
Good knowledge and skills on project management.
Baseline survey, Evaluation and Monitoring process and tools.
Good facilitation skill of Training, Seminar and Advocacy programs.
Experience to lead/coordinate Consortium projects.
Deep knowledge in Structured PSS, disability inclusion, GBV/protection and Wash sector.
Experience in preparing DIP, ITT, Monitoring plan, procurement plan, Cash flow etc.
Chittagong/Rohingya and Bengali language skills will add value. Very Good command in English both written and verbal is essential.
Decision making and conflict resolution skills.
Competent in using MS Word, MS Excel and PowerPoint presentation.
Experience:

Purpose of Job:
The Psychologist will provide technical support to the implementation of overall project activities related to psychosocial support. The Psychologist will lead the PSS activities at camp 19 and host community. Take responsibility to conduct individual session with client or beneficiaries who have vulnerability due to various circumstances. Work closely with GBV response and prevention team in the ground by addressing best practices, and appropriate information.
The Psychologist will prepare report according to guideline and work closely with Response Team, Partners within the required standards.
Key Deliverables:
The position is accountable for the following:
Lead PSS activity according to project guideline and introduce MHPSS approaches to ensure best service for the community people.
Design community and staff consultations on MHPSS gaps and needs.
Provide coaching and mentoring to PSS Volunteers and staffs on psychosocial service and self-care program.
Support implementation of Response strategy activities across the project targeted aria.
Collect feedback from client or beneficiaries and making sure their satisfaction though service
Key Accountabilities:
Project Implementation & Management:
Design community and staff consultations on MHPSS gaps and needs and lead on MHPSS needs analysis
Feed into project design, development and implementation through holistic, mental health and psychosocial support programmes for children, families and communities in line with identified priorities.
Develop contextualize and adapt new PSS resources based on findings from community consultations including with adolescents, men and women that are gender, age and ability sensitive.
Collect feedback from implementers and modify, incorporate into content accordingly
Implement work-plans for MHPSS, PM+ curricula, self-care modules and approaches including review and feedback workshops for new materials, testing and piloting new content/interventions, designing training modules and training implementers and their supervisors on MHPSS concepts, WVI approach and the content itself.
Monitor the implementation of PSS interventions to ensure quality, effectiveness and relevance of interventions. Modify approaches and content on an on-going basis
In coordination with MEAL and response teams, ensure safe and confidential management of PSS information, including managing PSS resources as well as regular analysis of PSS trends and needs to inform programing though report.
Support the establishment of strong linkages between case management, MHPSS.
Technical and Capacity building:
Provide training and capacity building to GBV Facilitator, PSS Volunteers, GBV staff and other stakeholders on: Basic supportive listening skills and psychological first aid (PFA); Signs of mental health conditions and distress; Referral mechanisms and information-sharing protocols; MHPSS, PM+ and global guidelines.
Provide coaching, mentoring on PSS Volunteers and Case Management Assistant, GBV Assistant.
PSS support to project staffs as part of staff care
Partnership, Networking & Advocacy:
Represent WVI at the camp MHPSS Working Group, share information and action plans with the GBV team
Ensure PSS intervention is informed by sector identified priorities and integrate key messages from all sectors for a holistic approach.
Ensure that all PSS intervention is designed in line with WVI 2023 GBV strategy
Contribute to reporting on PSS interventions whether to donor, inter-agency level.

Ensure procurement and spending is aligned with the technical needs of the program.
Track and manage project budget lines.
Ensure timely reporting in line with the project requirements.
