• Must be a retired Captain/ Major from the Bangladesh Army or equivalent from the Bangladesh Navy.

• Must have a minimum height of 5”-8”.

• Must have a high level of physical fitness and mental awareness.

• Able to work under pressure and should have mental resilience.

• Must have good communication skills in Bangla and English.

• Must have good interpersonal and analytical skills.

• Must be computer-literate.

We are seeking an exceptionally organized Protocol Officer to ensure the safety, privacy, and well-being of the top management.  His keep duties include conducting threat assessments, close protection, route planning, securing locations, managing access control, maintaining confidentiality, and responding instantly to emergencies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Providing protection to the top management.

• Identifying potential risks to top management’s life or reputation and proactively implementing measures to mitigate them.

• Conducting advanced checks on routes, vehicles, and locations to ensure safe passage and presence.

• Controlling access to the top management, screening visitors, and managing interactions with the public or unauthorized individuals.

• Handling sensitive personal information, schedules, and conversations with extreme discretion.

• Acting as the first responder during medical emergencies, security breaches, and coordinating with law enforcement.

• Maintaining high situational awareness to detect suspicious behavior, unauthorized surveillance, or potential hazards.

• Keeping detailed logs of daily activities, threats, or incidents, and maintaining constant communication with security.

Skills & Expertise:

• Continuous monitoring of surroundings to detect, anticipate, and avoid potential risks before they escalate.

• Maintaining high-level physical conditioning for stamina and, if necessary, physical intervention or maneuvering in high-pressure situations.

• Clear, professional verbal and written communication for reporting, giving directions, and dealing with the public, law enforcement, or threats.

• Ability to remain calm and handle tense situations, confrontations, or aggressive individuals effectively without immediate physical force.

• Rapid, rational assessment of threats and acting under pressure to ensure client safety.

• Mastery of CCTV systems, alarm systems, and modern security gadgets for monitoring.

• Trained in first aid and emergency procedures to act promptly in medical or security emergencies.

• Understanding laws regarding security, detention, and privacy to operate within legal boundaries.

• Managing confidential information and interacting with empathy while maintaining professional boundaries.
