Job Responsibilities:
∎ Lead a team of property acquisition specialists to identify and acquire new properties in Dhaka and surrounding areas.
∎ Develop and execute a strategy for property acquisition that aligns with the company's overall goals and objectives.
∎ Build and maintain relationships with property owners, developers, and other key stakeholders in the industry.
∎ Negotiate property deals and contracts to ensure the best possible outcomes for the company.
∎ Manage the due diligence process for all potential acquisitions, including site visits, financial analysis, and legal review.
∎ Provide regular reports to senior management on the progress of property acquisition efforts and the performance of the team.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 30 years
∎ Experience leading a team of professionals in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
∎ Strong negotiation and communication skills.
∎ In-depth knowledge of the real estate market in Dhaka and surrounding areas.
∎ Ability to analyze financial data and make data-driven decisions.
∎ Excellent organizational and time management skills.
