Job Responsibilities:
∎ Lead a Team of Property Acquisition
∎ Develop and Execute a Strategy for Property Acquisition that Aligns with the
∎ Company's Overall Goals and Objectives.
∎ Build and Maintain Relationships with Property Owners, Developers, and Other Key Stakeholders in the Industry.
∎ Negotiate Property Deals and Contracts to Ensure the Best Possible Outcomes for the Company.
∎ Manage the Due Diligence Process for All Potential Acquisitions, Including Site Visits, Financial Analysis, and Legal Review.
∎ Provide Regular Reports to Senior Management on the Progress of Property Acquisition Efforts and the Performance of the Team.
