Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 4 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Have to support in project management, financial management, field staff supervision & development,
∎ Establish and ensure good networking with RMG Sector, local Govt. and other stakeholders;
∎ Reporting and documentation of project information following organization and donor requirement
∎ Coordinate, lead and collaborate with different stakeholders for synergy.
∎ Field monitoring, quality control and donor liaison on a day-to-day basis.
∎ Responsible for monitoring field staff activity plan keeping consistency with the project implementation plan.
∎ Responsible for organizing the project orientation workshop for the staffs.
∎ Organize and facilitate the project launching workshop at Upazila and Districts level.
∎ Prepare project reports and send to Donor/Partner as per agreed schedule.
∎ Ensure proper utilization of the agreed budget of the project.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 40 years
∎ With minimum 3- 4 years work experience of which 2 years' experience in similar works.
∎ Good reporting skill in English and verbal & written communication with the donors and other agency.
∎ Excellent skills using commonly used software MS Word, MS Excel, internet and email communication.
∎ Field level monitoring skill.
∎ Excellent communications skills.
∎ Works well under stress and meet deadlines
∎ Able to work and solve problems independently
∎ Should have valid driving license and be willing to drive motorcycles.
∎ Must have quick decision making and problem-solving capability.
∎ Candidate should have positive attitude regarding Gender/PSEA, Child Safe Guarding and Code of Conduct.
∎ VERC authority reserves the right to accept/reject any applications without assigning any reason. Only shortlisted candidates will be invited to appear for the examination.
∎ Note: In case of candidates with more experience; age limit and educational qualification would be relaxed. Women and persons with special needs are equally eligible to apply for the said post.
Salary:
∎ Tk. 46000 - 50000 (Monthly)
∎ Monthly salary range: 46,000-50,000 TK. (Monthly)
