∎ Project: Mobilizing Rural Women Entrepreneurs for COVID-19 Response and Recovery in Bangladesh
∎ Funded by: GIZ
∎ Project Duration: 09 months
∎ Duty Station: Dhaka with frequent field visit
∎ Reporting to: Assistant Project Coordinator
∎ Project Commencement: 01/09/2021

Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 5 years' working experience with INGO/NGO in the same or equivalent position
∎ Experience in the field of health service, WASH, nutrition, community mobilisation, women entrepreneurship and business development, and market linkage development related project.
∎ Experience in development of high standard SBCC and IEC material, training module preferred, and promotional materials.
∎ Basic skills on ICT operation, and proficient in using MS Office
∎ Excellent interpersonal skills
∎ Effective communication, problem solving and decision-making skills
∎ Respect to cultural diversity and gender sensitivity
∎ Ability to work under pressure.
∎ Written and oral proficiency in English and Bangla is required
∎ Understanding on livelihood development, nutrition, health, women entrepreneurship and business development and market linkage.
∎ Communication, networking and community mobilisation
∎ Experience in community empowerment especially empowerment and leadership development of women and youth
∎ Experience in working with divers-cultural background's teams.
∎ Leadership and decision-making
∎ Organizational skills
