Educational Requirements:
∎ Master of Business Administration/ Management/ Sociology
Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 3 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Assist to facilitate meeting with potential IGA beneficiaries to select IGA activates according to the strategy.
∎ Provide support to plan and facilitate the implementation of IGA activities.
∎ Facilitate training on IGA activities for beneficiaries at local level.
∎ Support to target beneficiaries of IGAs in establishing market linkage.
∎ Assist in preparing training plan, conducting training and meeting with the selected beneficiaries related to IGAs.
∎ Record keeping, documentation, data management of IGA activities.
∎ Monitoring the field activities through field visits.
∎ Networking and maintaining liaison with relevant government functionaries, and stakeholders.
∎ Any other task assigned by the supervisor and RMMRU authority.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Project development and business skills.
∎ Experience in the development and operations of income generating programme.
∎ Must have the ability to work independently and work with team.
∎ Must have professional writing and speaking capacity in English and Bangla, i.e. monitoring report, field visit report, event report, case study/story, press release, content writing, etc.
∎ Proficient with MS office.
∎ Timely decision making ability as well as multi-tasking capacity.
∎ Must have the ability to work under pressure.
∎ Good Communication and interpersonal skill with community people
∎ Working experience with local community and local government
Salary: Tk. 30000 - 34685 (Monthly)
