∎ Minimum 2-3 years working experience at Development project.
∎ Experienced in group formation.
∎ Skill on CBO approach.
∎ Women empowerment.
∎ Training facilitation.
∎ Entrepreneurship development.
∎ Disaster Risk Reduction, climate change and adaptation.
∎ Effective Problem solver.
∎ Good facilitator and work with community.
∎ Capable to mobilize support structure to be responsive.
∎ Understanding of multidimensional activities.
∎ Presentation and communication skills with community, public and private sectors and others GO/NGOs.
∎ willing to work at char area.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 40 years
