Educational Requirements:
∎ Post-graduation in Development Studies/Education/Child Protection/Social Science and/or any other relevant subject. Any degree from foreign universities will be highly appreciable.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 3 year(s)
Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 2 - 3 years working experience in protection including Child Protection in Emergency (CPiE) and GbV
∎ Experience facilitating training and developing training modules and materials and working with partners/PNGOs.
∎ Having experience sectoral approach and developing JRP proposal
∎ Experience in working at camp and host community in Rohingya emergency response.
∎ Experience in developing necessary reports and case studies.
∎ Ability to develop creatively program vision and planning
∎ Ability to follow procedures, meet deadlines, and work cooperatively with team members
∎ Be patient and have team building attitude by being respectful to others
∎ Have skill to prioritize tasks and to understand the situation
∎ Capacity to deliver job timely and balance work-life
∎ Positive attitude, sensible and clear understanding of gender perspective
∎ Leadership Skills, Proactive and Empathetic
∎ Good interpersonal, analytical and problem solving capacity
