∎ Bachelor in Social Science or any other disciplines for having work experienced in CHTs.

Job Context:
∎ Purpose of the position: GRAUS (Gram Unnayon Sangathon) a local NGO is inviting application from qualified candidates for the position of Project Coordinator (PC) for the project entitled "Community-based Resilience, Women`s Empowerment and Action (CREA)" supported by Manusher Jonno Foundation (MJF) and funded by Government of Sweden.
∎ Working Place: Rowangchari Upzila, Bandarban.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Lead implementation of planned project activities in the respective Upazila and Unions through the guidance of project coordinator.
∎ Ensure coordination with project relevant task at upazila level such as agriculture, livestock, Forest, Women affairs, UzDMC, UDMC, VCF etc.
∎ Arrange and organize meeting, training, and workshop for the stakeholders, different type committees, Forums, association and direct and indirect beneficiaries of the project area.
∎ Conduct regular field visit in implementation area to check the quality services and program, and to identify where adaptations might be needed.
∎ Verify and validate group formation documents and information including the issue-based session agenda whether it's facilitated and properly documented.
∎ Conduct interview with selected group members (Youth, Adolescent, Men and Women group) on facilitated issue-based session through the approved tools.
∎ Provide support to Field Facilitators for selecting beneficiary for demonstration plot, rainwater harvesting, quality seed support and GVB related support.
∎ Provide support to Field Facilitator for data and information collection, documentation, record keeping issues through the project approved tools and format.
∎ Prepare the bi-weekly progress update of the accomplished activities and share with the Project coordinator.
∎ Any others task to be carried out assigned by Project coordination and organizational management team members.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 45 years
∎ Minimum 4 years experiences of working in relevant position at local and national NGOs. The candidates must be from Chittagong Hill Tracts.
∎ Excellent capability of event management within a short notice like workshop, training, Seminar etc.
∎ Knowledge of GBV, Human Rights, concept including DRR of SoD.
∎ Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills capable of maintaining strong relationships with the stakeholders and relevant designated.
∎ Good presentation skills including analytical and problem solving abilities at field level.
∎ Ability to operation of Microsoft applications such as Word, Excel, Access and power point presentation.
∎ Knowledge on feedback and response Mechanism to get the feedback in a timely manner from Beneficiaries and stakeholders
∎ Excellent language skills both English and Bangla including ethic Languages.
Salary: Tk. 33000 (Monthly)
