Responsibilities & Context:
∎ SKS Foundation in partnership with Save the Children and financial support of GFFO is going to implement the Project “Child-Centered Anticipatory Action for better preparedness of communities and institutions in Northern and coastal areas of Bangladesh” Project in Gaibandha District. Following positions will be recruited for implementing the project's interventions:
∎ The Project Officer-Monitoring & Accountability will be responsible for the overall Monitoring & Accountability activities within the framework of the project.
∎ S/he will be based at Project Office with overall responsibility to coordinate all Monitoring & Accountability activities with field level and produce different types of reports through technical guidance of Sponsorship team.
∎ S/he should extend effective support to facilitating and conducting M&A activities of the project.
∎ S/he will be hold accountable to provide support to smooth implementation of ICT based M & L system of project.
∎ S/he will also be responsible for ensuring quality monitoring data and information through regular meetings and communication with all level staff and donor.
∎ The position is accountable for hard and soft data management and preservation ensuring accuracy and timely presentation.
∎ S/he will be reportable to Project Manager of project for strategic decisions in relation to project implementation in the impact area.
∎ Create evidence through capturing the learning from day to day monitoring and different studies according to SCI learning frame work.
