Experience:
Graduation/Post Graduation in Computer Science, Information management systems, Statistic, Economics or related fields of study from any UGC approved reputed university or institute.
• Strong knowledge of Child Protection in Emergencies, inter-agency case management guidelines, CP case management, CPIMS+, BID, and data management systems
• Sound understanding of child safeguarding policies, Core Humanitarian Standard (CHS), and ethical humanitarian practice
• Proven capacity in reporting, planning, and applying results-based frameworks to ensure accountable program delivery
• Proficient in using ICT-based tools, online data input platforms, and producing accurate, timely reports
• Effective communicator with strong networking skills and experience coordinating with government, CiC, and child protection actors
• Demonstrated strategic planning, critical thinking, and motivational skills to support quality child protection interventions
• Strong problem-solving abilities to assess cases and act in the best interests of children and adolescents
• Creative and proactive approach to designing and implementing adolescent psychosocial wellbeing, life skills training, and community-based interventions

To support the effective implementation of Child Protection activities under the HCMP, the Project Officer (MEAL, MIS, Documentation, CPIMS is responsible for ensuring proper activity documentation, systematic data collection and preservation, and preparation of monthly reports. The role reports programme activities through proGres, provides analytical feedback and recommendations, and conducts regular field visits for data monitoring and validation, including CPIMS+ monitoring, to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
Collect data from field according to the monitoring survey plan and conduct interview (IDI, FGD or KII) with different stakeholders, beneficiaries and program participants.
S/he will ensure and maintain the MIS data base with proper documentation at field level along with CPIMS+ data monitoring.
S/he will contribute and support in project activity target plan and strategy develop, MEAL plan develops and regular monitoring and tracking the program achievement.
S/he will establish effective Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning system in the project for constant quality improvement through implementation with concerning with respective supervisor.
S/he will closely work with project staff and other team at field and HCMP-Cox’s Bazar based team colleagues.
S/he will implement in conduction of result-based monitoring, study/assessment in field level and will collect the performance data/information; it's analysis to measure actual progress and performance against the plan activities.
S/he will support to measure efficiency, effectiveness, impact and find out limitation, challenges and learning of the project, report development and will share with respective supervisor.
S/he will document the learning and best practices for use in the programme and future programme development with proper Means of Verification (MoV) and will share with respective supervisor.
S/he will support to MEAL team to prepare Global Indicators for HCMP and will design digital platform e.g. KOBO and experience in inform Platform for reporting.
Ensure all child protection initiatives align with BRAC’s policies and procedures.
Safeguarding
Ensure the safety of Programme Participants, people who come into contact with the organisation and team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation including sexual exploitation and abuse (SEA) to achieve the programme's goals of safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.
Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.
Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place and encourage others to do so.
