Educational Requirements:
∎ A Bachelor degree in Statistics, Social Science, Population Science, Development Planning, Disaster Management, or related field;
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 4 year(s)
Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum of 4 years of work experience in the field of MEAL for an I/NGO is required. All other experience in project support for an I/NGO is a plus.
∎ Knowledge of MEAL framework, Tools, data collection both qualitative and quantitative and report writing is required.
∎ Experience using MS Windows and MS Office packages (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and digital data collection forms (CommCare, Kobo, ONA) is required.
∎ Candidates with gender and diversity is a plus, including female, persons from marginalized groups; persons with disability; and, origin from geographically marginalized location.
∎ Written/spoken Bangla and English is required.
∎ Must be willing and able to travel in different working areas of CRS and its partner.
∎ Observation, active listening and analysis skills with ability to make sound judgment
∎ Good relationship management skills and the ability to work closely with partner and community members
∎ Attention to details, accuracy, and timeliness in executing assigned responsibilities
∎ Proactive, results-oriented, and service-oriented
∎ Experience in participatory action planning and community engagement.
∎ Experience in Organizational Capacity strengthening initiatives
∎ Experience using statistical analysis software like SPSS, STATA, etc.
∎ Experience on Knowledge Management approaches.
Salary:
∎ Salary Grade: Consultant (based on CRS salary grade 7)
